Washington State Math Olympiad

Competition

The Washington State Middle School Mathematical Olympiad is a statewide competition for middle schoolers in which teams of up to four students compete to try and rack up as many points as they can. Teams recieve one of four marks - superior, excellent, very good, or good - in each of the six tests: long problem, number sense, probability & statistics, measurement, geometric sense, and algebraic sense.

Competition Details
Recommended Grade Range: 5 – 8
Eligibility: Open
Cost: $45 per team (complete or incomplete)
Other Details: Each team must bring a volunteer willing to score.
